Welcome to Jiafeng Elementary School! We are excited to have you and your child join our school.

一、新生錄取名單 Admission List
請參閱附件一。

二、網路報到時間與方式 Registration Period & Instructions
🗓 報到期間：4/23（三）至 4/26（五）
🗓 Registration Period: April 23 (Wed) to April 26 (Fri)
🔗 報到網址：https://sch.hcc.edu.tw/new/044686（系統將於報到當天開放）

🔗 Website: https://sch.hcc.edu.tw/new/044686 (Website will be activated on the first day of registration)
     或掃描公告上方 QR Code 進入報到系統

🔸 報到後請完成新生基本資料與家長資料填寫。若資料尚未齊全，可先暫存，並於 5/30（五）前 使用相同電話號碼登入補填。

🔸 After registration, please complete the student and parent information. You may save and return to complete it by May 30 (Fri) using the same phone number to log in.
🔸 相關操作請參閱附件中的「網路報到家長操作說明」。

🔸 For step-by-step instructions, refer to the "Online Registration Instructions" in the attachment.

三、放棄錄取說明  Withdrawal Procedure
如欲放棄就讀，請填寫「放棄就讀切結書」（附件下載），並擇一方式回傳：

If you choose not to attend Jiafeng Elementary School, please complete the "Withdrawal Declaration Form" (download from the attachment) and submit it by one of the following methods.

1. 親送至校門警衛室 Submit to the school security office

2. 傳真至 03-6670183 (Fax to 03-6670183)

3. 拍照上傳至表單： https://forms.gle/bV74G8vdbV7BGBNa7

4. 拍照寄至承辦人信箱：hs11589@gapp.hcc.edu.tw，並來電確認.   Email the photo to: hs11589@gapp.hcc.edu.tw and confirm by phone

四、開學前活動預告 Upcoming Events Before School Starts

• 若有意願報名參加課後照顧班，請於5月初至學校官網查看公告訊息。

• 📚 After-School Program: If interested, please check the school website for registration details in early May.

• 🗓 新生編班：8/5（二）上午，結果將於當日下午四點前公告

• 🗓 Class Placement: August 5 (Tue) morning. Results will be announced by 4:00 p.m. on the school website.

• 🗓 新生家長座談會：8/16（六）上午舉行

• 🗓 New Parent Orientation: August 16 (Sat) morning

• 📬 8/8（五）前將寄出開學準備資料至戶籍地址，並同步公告於校網

• 📬 Back-to-school information will be mailed to your registered household address by August 8 (Fri), and will also be posted on the school website.
